1st Stop: Orlando

What a crazy three week road trip/move we just finished!! I'm going to post some of our stops (not all of them of course, because being pregnant for this trip there would be too many pictures of gas station bathrooms!) in the next several blog posts. Since there are so many, it will probably be mostly pictures and few words, so enjoy!

This is our trip to Disney World. We hadn't been to Hollywood Studios or Magic Kingdom yet, so we smashed those into one day. Thanks to a great friend for getting us free passes :)

As always, you can see there are WAY too many people there! But we still had a good time.
Watching Indiana Jones after he descended from the ceiling.

          Storm Trooper                                                  Jedi Training
                     Star Tours
We watched cool special effects from the making of Pearl Harbor.

More cool special effects- Fire and Water!

Herbie!
We watched a fun half hour stage show of Beauty and the Beast. We really enjoyed the songs and performances!
After the show we met up with a friend from home who is working at Disney. We had a fun lunch at Pizza Planet, and I'm still annoyed with myself, that I didn't get a picture with Aalliyah! Thanks for meeting up with is, it was fun to catch up!
Entering Magic Kingdom by ferry

                                         River Cruise
Electrical Parade

And on to Universal Studios the next day

This was one of our favorite parts: a show on training animals for movies. They had some fun animals come out and perform, including the Fred, the dog from Men in Black, and several other dogs, a pig, lots of birds, and even a skunk.I don't remember all the shows they have performed in though.

After safely navigating the beaches of Miami, Costa Rica, Bahamas, and Mexico in the last year we were eaten by a shark on dry land in Orlando!

Part of the parade that included characters from Dora the Explorer, Despicable Me, Sponge Bob, and Hop!

I did not get a good picture, but this night show had scenes projected onto water that was pouring down. It was really neat! Plus there were water fountains and fireworks!

Night life of Islands of Adventure

And in case you're wondering why we didn't do the new Harry Potter attractions...we missed them by 5 days. Here is what we saw:
