Visit to Utah!

We were lucky to get to go to my brother's wedding, and spend a whole week in Utah! The time flew by, and even though I had wanted to see some friends, we were  busy with family the WHOLE time. But it was great! I have an adorable family :) We didn't take many pictures, so there are a lot of the wedding pictures that Marc took. My sister already blogged some of them, but I want them here too!

First they put us to work cleaning and setting up Jason and Kaylee's house. It's adorable, right next to her work, so she can just walk to work! It was an old house, so they had to completely renovate it. I think they got the hot water working a couple days after they moved in ;)

We got to go to a session with family, for Kaylee's first time. What a beautiful place! I never realized how much I like seasons changing. In southern Florida, without a real change in seasons (besides rainy and dry) I get really confused as to what month we're in.
Then we went to Salt Lake's new professional Ultimate Team, because Marc and his brother Clay played with some of the guys on the team. Oh my goodness it was COLD!!! I think I got a cold from the terrible air on the plane ride over. Then my body wasn't used to the chilly weather of Utah I guess, because the cold just got worse. By this game I was feeling rather miserable, and then it got to 40 degrees and rained and hailed! My Florida blood was not ready for that!

And then the wedding!

 What a happy couple! Congratulations!

And lots of pictures of my adorable family follow...
My sister and her cute family. This was the first time I got to meet her cute little Clara!

My brother and his wife. Their three fun kiddos will be showing up in pictures following.

The couple, with my grandma
My mom and siblings! Didn't my parents do well? :)
They can't keep their eyes off each other!!

My nephew Kedric has found Clara's treats and is off!

The bride and groom with our nieces and nephews. Clara's a bit of a screamer- can you see the scream coming?

Camden is a ladies man! And he loves Kaylee. He got this kiss and couldn't wipe the HUGE smile off his face. As you see in the next picture his tongue is still hanging out :)

I just couldn't get enough of my nieces and nephews!

Ashynn: Silly, but growing up so fast! Isn't she beautiful?

All together!

Look at those blue eyes!!

Here we are! I sure love this guy!

 The families leaving.

Grandma already crocheting our baby a blessing blanket... she's quick!
Jason and our beautiful cousin Ali
The couple and my aunt Lisa, cousin Tyson and his two cute kiddo's. They are growing up fast too!

The luncheon. Our extended family is pretty big, but I just put in pictures of a few. It was fun to see everyone though!
Ashlynn's not the only silly one around :) We love you Kaylee!

More pictures of some of my favorite little people

She might be thinking of screaming, but doesn't she look happy with aunt Amber? I think so.
I told you he's a ladies man! He played with Kaylee's sisters all night long.

Wahoo!! You did it! Welcome to the family Kaylee :)

We also got to spend some days with Marc's family. His family has this fun April Fool's Day tradition that they waited to do with us, it's a dinner with a coded menu. It has like 6 or 7 delicious courses, but you only get three things at a time, and you don't know what three things you order. His parents made the menu and the food and brought us out our strange orders. The food was delicious, no matter how we had to slurp it up! :) Needless to say they got lots of fun pictures as we slurped up our food without utensils, or one of my courses with only utensils and a napkin.. and no food to use it on!

He we all are, filling out our order off the menu. Unfortunately we only see the backs of Wendy and Dustin's heads. But we were really glad they made it up, so we could all slurp together!
And chowing down!

Marc and Clay got to throw the disc around, which made them both happy. Unfortunately, Marc just hasn't had a lot of time to play lately.

Here we are. I was cold a lot during this trip...
but all in all we had a delightful trip! We can't wait to do it again.

  1. I would like to point out that Clara was hungry and tired and you took the keys away that shed was playing with so naturally she was going to scream. :)
